Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UNION ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use UNION. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use.

UNION is designed for consenting adult couples. All activities conducted through the App must be between consenting adults in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account with anyone other than your linked partner

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use UNION only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the App

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through UNION. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. Due to our end-to-end encryption, we cannot access the content of your communications.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Community & User-Generated Content (Wall of Sins)

UNION offers an optional community feature known as the Wall of Sins, a pseudonymous space where adult users may share confessions, experiences, and other user-generated content ("Community Content"). Participation in the community is entirely voluntary, and you may use UNION without ever posting or viewing Community Content.

By posting Community Content, you are solely responsible for what you share, and you represent that it complies with these Terms and all applicable laws. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, or depicts, promotes, or facilitates any illegal activity
• Sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts minors in any way (CSAM), which we report to authorities
• Contains explicit pornographic imagery, non-consensual content, or content depicting real violence or abuse
• Is hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or incites harm against any person or group
• Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or violates anyone's privacy
• Is spam, fraudulent, or infringes on intellectual property or other third-party rights

Community Rules

When participating in the Wall of Sins, you agree to the following rules at all times:

• Consensual use only. All content and interactions must be fully consensual between adults.
• No harassment, coercion, threats, exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual content of any kind.
• No minors. The community is strictly for adults, and any content involving minors is forbidden and will be reported.
• No public sharing of another person's private content without their explicit consent.
• No illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• No prostitution, trafficking, or commercial sexual services.
• No blackmail, doxxing, or revenge content.
• The developer may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts following reports or violations of these rules.

7. Automated Content Moderation

To keep the community safe, all public Community Content—including text and images posted to the Wall of Sins—is automatically scanned before and after publicationby third-party multimodal large language models and content-safety services. This automated moderation is designed to detect and block illegal, abusive, or explicit pornographic content.

Content flagged by our automated systems may be blocked, hidden, or removed without prior notice. Automated moderation supplements, but does not replace, human review and user reports. By posting public Community Content, you consent to this automated scanning of that content.

8. Reporting Objectionable Content

Every piece of Community Content includes a “Report” controlthat allows you to flag content you believe is objectionable or violates these Terms. Reports are sent directly to our moderation team for review.

We are committed to reviewing all reports of objectionable content and acting on them within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld, we will remove the offending content and may eject the user who provided it, as described in Section 10. You may also report content or users at any time by emailing abuse@union-relationship.app.

9. Blocking Abusive Users

You have the ability to block any user directly within the community. Blocking a user immediately hides their Community Content from you and prevents them from interacting with you. Blocking is available alongside the reporting controls on every post and user profile, putting you in control of your own experience at all times.

10. Enforcement & Zero Tolerance

By accepting these Terms before registering or logging in, you acknowledge and agree to this End User License Agreement, including our zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any Community Content and to suspend, eject, or permanently ban any user who posts objectionable content or engages in abusive behavior—within 24 hours of a substantiated report and, where warranted, immediately. Serious violations, including illegal content, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

11. Subscriptions & Payments

UNION offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Provide accurate billing information

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund policies are outlined in our cancellation terms, including our satisfaction guarantee for early adopters.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the App. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Disclaimers

UNION is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

UNION is a tool for couples to enhance their connection. We are not responsible for the outcomes of interactions between users. Always communicate openly with your partner and practice consent in all activities.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNION and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
