Delete Your Account & Data

This page lets you request deletion of your UNION account and its associated data. UNION accounts are fully anonymous — no email, Apple or Google login is required to use the app — so we verify requests using your recovery key and nickname.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Choose the type of request below: delete your account and all data, or delete your data only (keeping your account).
  2. 2Enter the recovery key and nickname associated with your account so we can locate and verify it.
  3. 3Enter an email address so we can confirm your request and follow up if needed.
  4. 4Submit the form. Your request is sent directly to our team, and we process it within 30 days.

What data is deleted

  • Account data (anonymous recovery key and profile)
  • Partner connection data
  • Tasks, rules, rewards and punishments
  • Journal entries (private and shared)
  • Tracker data (chastity, orgasm, mood and custom trackers)
  • Uploaded images and photo proof
  • Analytics associated with your account and push notification tokens

What may be retained

  • Content you posted publicly to the community (Wall of Sins) may remain visible unless you specifically request its removal, and may be kept where required for legal or moderation records.
  • Minimal transactional records (e.g. proof that a deletion request was made) may be kept to comply with legal obligations.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.

Retention period

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling cycle of up to 90 days, after which your data is permanently and irreversibly removed. Data retained for legal reasons is kept only as long as legally required and then deleted.
